Evergreen Halter Top | Baby to Big Kid Sizes Newborn - 10

The Evergreen Halter Top has been updated with a size extension!

The Evergreen Halter Top is designed to be super easy to assemble for the hand sewer though you can totally use a sewing machine.

The Evergreen Halter Top can be made with knit or woven fabric. Though you should keep in mind that the straps are unfinished and so is the fringe and woven fabric can fray (and most likely will) but if that's the look you're going for then shine on wild diamond, shine on.
